Welcome to part 2 go the "Quarantine Break Series!!"
Last week we uncovered the basic fundamental of self-love. The purpose of indulging into self-love was to set yourself on fire with love and confidence. Now that you're soaked in that, let's get some things in motion and start planning.
Planning is a step you cannot skip. Planning is how you take control over your life to ensure you don't get blown away with every gust of wind that swivels by. Once you have a plan, you have a vision. From there, you become unstoppable.
I'm not saying that the light bulb will go off instantly with a concise outline, but start small. BUY A PLANNER Start by making a plan each day for the quarantine. Tomorrow what are you doing? Perhaps your plan could look like this: 9am brush teeth / shower; 9:30 daily prayer ; 10am breakfast ; 11am go for a jog / yoga 12pm; shower ; 1pm paint nails.. you get the point! Literally get into a habit of planning as much as you can. Don't just stop there however, you must have both short-term and long-term goals. Just as you plan your day-to-day, plan your month-to-month and year-to-year. Really sit and think about what you want and how you are going to get it. You need to think hard because though you may see certain things in your future life, they may not appear or come easily. Be more strategic about your movements and separate yourself from the pack. Even better, lead the pack.
Aside from a strategic approach, planning is a way of speaking into existence what you want to happen. It's seen as the idea of meditation. Your mind is on the plan. You're sticking to the plan. You're repeatedly reading over the plan. You're centering your thoughts around how you are going to take control over your own life.
As you develop your plans, your vision becomes clearer. You'll be unmoved because you have self-love and a plan. With a plan, your demeanor will change for the better. You'll walk differently. You'll think more strategically. You'll stand stronger.
